Hallway outside of mudroom

Master

Q

Blue board and batten siding--excluding the wood paneling

Facing where house will sit (lake is behind me)

Standing where house will sit, facing lake

My half-way sketch

Q

Love these master bedroom ceilings, but continuing same exposed beam structure from living room is fine, too.

Q

Photo

Bedroom with wood panel wall behind bed, with closet space behind wood panel wall.

Q

Photo

Don't need top skylight "extras". I like the siding, the roof, and the high ceilings for the center portion of house--would want to continue high ceilings over to master bedroom (to right). This "middle" outdoor living space would not be screened in.

Q

Photo

This is front of the L-shaped floor plan. I like the simplicity of the front entrance (wooded side, this is facing pool), don't want much in the way of outdoor living space on this side of house.

Q

Photo

I like the style of the house, do not like the stone exterior--I want similar roof with board & batten siding. I like the way the garage attaches to house--would like this on right side of house.

Q

Photo

Love the long ranch style of this home, "nestled" against wooded area

Q

Photo

Cabinetry in garage, would want extra fridge in either garage or mudroom.

Q

Photo

This would be more than enough wine storage, but fine to have small room and we can add the storage racks later

Q

Photo

View facing kitchen from living area. Not a fan of white ceiling, but I like the overall flow and windows over sink

Q

Photo

Window over farmhouse sink, would want this size at a minimum

Q

Photo

LOVE this kitchen set up.

Q

Photo

Farmhouse sink

Q

Photo

Kitchen view from dining table, windows would be to right or left (over sink) instead of as pictured, but set up of centered cook top with island at counter-height is perfect.

Q

Photo

Want island to be counter-height, with high chairs. I like this cabinetry. Would want cook top centered, only necessary window is over sink.

Q

Photo

Good example of cubby storage for mud room--not crazy about floors of cabinetry

Q

Photo

Mudroom/laundry room--I like this size, with cubbies for coats/shoes/backpacks

Q

Photo

Laundry/mud room--I would like something similar in size for entrance from garage

Q

Photo

I like this style shower, can have one or two side entrances, not particular about that, but we want master bath shower to be about this size with tub against shower wall.

Q

Photo

I like this style of ceiling with exposed beams.

Q

Photo

Standing at dining room, kitchen behind, facing living area. Love the wooden beams and high ceilings. Want high ceilings in master bedroom and living/dining/kitchen stretch.

Q

Photo

Another porch example, not particular about what side of porch the fireplace is on.

Q

Photo

Initial inspiration for L-shape floor plan and ranch-style home came from this.

Q

Photo

This is what I want to see when standing in front door entrance, facing pool. Kitchen to right, living room to left.

Q

Photo

Love this door--would want this opening to pool-side of house, directly across from front door. This would open onto deck/porch that is not screened in.

Q

Photo

I like the design of this porch - add screen
