kitchen counter/storage is low so you still have an interior "long view". Guess we have to decide best use of the street facing windows - sink/prep space or dining table.

Linear dining with storage on wall, kitchen/bathroom at the end/landing, table in front of windows with half curtains on lower half - light comes in but no Somersworth view.

love the ductwork covering and the ceiling open to the joists and the staircase going up to the rooftop deck :) Nice unobtrusive lighting too. all of this seems doable at RFBF.
