Stained concrete (possibly stamped too) throughout. Carpet in the theater and bedroom.
Warm earth toned colored paint like in the photos. Paint can be darker in theater room.

**The basement should feel–warm, elegant, contemporary with rustic charm and will be used as an entertainment space. I really like John’s basement that you did in Jerome Village. I think starting with his bar and making it more contemporary will provide a good palette for the lower level.
