We are in the middle of re-designing (and gutting) the world's most awkard kitchen (think full height refrigerator built into freestanding cabinet in middle of kitchen floor).

We need a single 27" wall oven to compliment a 36" gas range as a second oven.

Requirements:

27" (or smaller) (would love a 30" but the floor space says no and we can't move exterior wall, and also I grew up in Europe with mini ovens and refuse to believe I can't get by with a 27")

Electric

Will-Hopefully-Haves (order of importance):

1. Ability to fit normal cookie sheet

2. Convection

3. Self-cleaning

4. Square-ish handle

5. As simple as possible--don't need bells and whistles

Does anyone have anything they love? Or suggestions? Or, magically, does anyone know what 27" has the biggest interior space? We are big bakers, but don't use a lot of bells and whistles. We're used to a set of ancient 30" electric convection wall ovens that fit cookie sheets comfortably and allow airflow, but I believe that with convection it won't matter if the cookie sheet 'maxes out' the interior width.
