I think we want large island with seating. Like the sink near it but if we do this, the different levels as in this picture is a must. Currently we have water that splashes onto lower seating area.

I like the steps that walk you down to the living area. Might not need to do this but if we need to this looks great. Really like the pillars as support and architectural detail.
