Oh my goodness, is this a wind up? Most people would love to have Erythroniums in their garden. Anyone can have a lawn. Not every one can have Trout Lilies. They are native to the US and deserve your protection. Couldn't you just mow around them. Or if you really must do something, just transplant them?
BTW if a plant is native it can be rampant or spreading but it cannot, by definition, be invasive. It is not doing any invading. It is the monoculture lawn which is the invader.
I don't know where you live but in some States Erythronums are protected by law.
