Is there anywhere for built-in shelves in bathroom or bedroom?

idea for walk in storage - sliding bar door and then storage for toys, games, etc.

this is the second photo I saw of a basement kitchen that was kind of encases by the island...interesting how you enter through the middle
maybe something like this near the walk out steps? in case people enter there somewhere to hang coats, etc?

I've seen people do this kind of seating on patios to create more places for guests to sit...never saw it inside but it makes sense
