House layout
general layout, especially option of "Tech. area" on first floor to be used as office if Study will occasionally be for guests. Put a 3/4 bath on first floor where laundry currently is with access from entry. Like 3rd garage bay (to be used for storage of bikes, camping supplies, etc.). Would make all space above garage Bonus Room
like general idea of layout but would move kitchen back to where W.IC./laundry/entry/ garage storage is, move main floor bath closer to study and move laundry upstairs. In upstairs, remove one bathroom and use space for laundry.
