Closer-up of the underpin on the house near Lake Athens. I like how the "textured" painted brick gives it a kinda vintage look. If I decide on brick underpin, this might work with my colonial-style house.

House about 2 miles east of Frankston, on north side of 175. I always thought it was real stone, & did not realize it was faux until getting this close! I asked the people who lived here if it was ok to take a pic, explaining it was ideas for a home improvement project.
