Landscape
The front two are sedums -The blue one is Sedum reflexum 'Blue Spruce' and the other is a Sedum spurium (I don't recall the variety, It may be 'Red Carpet'). The one flowering toward the back is a Dianthus (firewitch or frosty fire). These plants do best in well-drained soil with full sun. This project is in Minneapolis, MN which is zone 4 (usda hardiness)
Their fresh seasonal foliage and flowers overcome the landscape situation of many species' dying back over winter. This Euphorbia martini, with its acid-green flowers, creates not only an informal edging but also a great knee-high barrier to deter animals and small children from invading the bed behind.
