Favorites are (not in order of preference) (1) Stephens Fine Homes "West Hillhurst Escape" (nice mix of modern and traditional and will fit in with other Rascher Ave. homes, can do in hardie and stone, nice brown color, bronze windows, don't like fence, don't like side garage or garage doors), (2) Frankel Building Group "11629 Monica" (clean lines, nice roof, nice windows, not too crazy about front entrance, may be too modern for Rascher Ave.?), (3) Carolina "Pulp Design Studios" (clean lines, windows, nice entrance, will fit in with Rascher Ave., roof very low and will prevent light from entering, don't like roof over living room windows, could it look boring?), (4) Veranda Fine Homes "Amherst Exterior" (elegant, nice sized windows, bronze colored windows, don't like arches) (5) Veranda Estates "Hillhurst" (will work on Rascher, will work on 37.5' lot, nice look and not too different from houses in Chicago)
