Hi Kat! Pared down my faves based on everything you directed me to. I like your idea of staining to match cabinets...and I like the mirror to sit directly on the granite backsplash. The light fixture in first picture (keystone millworks) is amazing. Do you recognize? Included your pic, in the event we can do a complete overhaul under budget. :)
