pull out or pull down ironing board (but otherwise hidden) something I would like to incorporate, and also the pull out drawer with doggie bowls too :D
can turn CURRENT laundry sink into wash dog station, just tile around it and attach a shower head to it, obvi it would be cleaned and whole Laundry done by then, we don't use that sink for anything else anyway.
