#FOAUniversalDesign
Mid-Century Modern Interior Renovation - using the timeless design strategies of the original home [built in 1959], care was taken to renovate and furnish the client’s home taking cues from the original design and the client’s desire to create an open and inviting interior environment for the growing family to share. Embracing the open floor plan meant spaces are linked more easily allowing the generations of residents to fluidly connect with one another. Originally built into a sloping site, access to the main living spaces are possible on both floors. With no basement or attic, the elements of the home are accessible to everyone. The expansive windows allow an abundance of natural light into the home providing easy connectivity to the calming landscape and natural environment.
