That looks like a mixture of marble put together in small strips. They have it at Floor and Decor in kennesaw GA a suburb of Atlanta. I'm using this in all white as an accent border in my white Carrera marble bath but it comes with a taupe and cream and white design. It is called a linear white mosaic. Very pretty and would be beautiful with the white counters.

This backsplash is imported and available through local tile distributors. It is called Mix Travertine Splitface. It comes in various sizes, I believe this one is 1x2.
