Located in the Brewers Hill neighborhood, it’s a quick walk to corner bars and restaurants and has an industrial — you guessed it — brewing history that gives it a distinctive urban flavor. But they needed help merging their personal style, family heirlooms and a transitional-industrial row house vibe into a cohesive, livable design. “They are young, entertain often and wanted their family and friends to feel comfortable while staying in their home,” says interior designer Bria Hammel, who was involved from the architectural planning phases through the completion of the project.
