white washed pine walls for floor. We did this on new unfinished pine boards. It is a combination of 50% water 50% paint. Approx 2 coats

This looks to me like a whitewash which is also sometimes called pickled. I can't tell the species of wood. I am trying to do this at our Little Compton, RI beach house and I started with White Ash and am using a 4 part pickling oak stain (Minwax) with 1 part light gray (Varathane). I have done it on a few samples and this is what it turns out like. Next is the poly, but oil based poly yellows, water based poly won't hold up to the elements and I have discovered Swedish acid cures which, from what I have read, should do the trick.

This is a beautiful and durable product manufactured by Model. The colour is called Akoya and it’s tough like a car paint. It’s available through Divine Hardwood.

Benjamin Moore Ballet White OC-9 and ½ Formula Muslin OC-12

These are the original floor boards of the house which was built around 1930 - they have been painted with white paint and sealed with a matt sealant to protect against chipping.

I used non-toxic paints and matched to Benjamin Moore's Mayonnaise. The floors are ECOS Organic Floor Paint, and the rest is Mythic Paint.

It was custom stained. Painted white, sanded off, then stained with Minwax. Final coat of Varathane.

The portion of floors closest in the photo are antique floors that were painted when we started the project. The floors in the background are new. We use a high traffic enamel paint that was a custom color.
