Here's another modern fixtures against victorian tile. Don't like the glass tile up high, though.

I like how the kept the victorian look throughout (though we want a vanity for the storage - which is too bad since we really like those console sinks). In our case, I think we'd want to cut off the wall tile a fair bit lower (it kind of looms) and we'd rather have the pennies and walls pop a little more.

This tile has the look I like, but this is exactly what I'm trying to avoid with the vanity.
