This layout - with WM and DRY either side of small but deep sink.
Upper cupboards with LED lighting strip would be especially good to help compensate for the lack of window/natural light.
Internal window - would want frosted with ability to slide open though.
Internal window to share natural light from bathroom. If made slide open could also assist ventilation.
