I like the idea of a stacking washer dryer (full size) in our small laundry room to allow space for s laundry sink. And some storage up above, (would prefer a cabinet with a door) to store detergents, etc. I also like the option to hang things to dry, but does not have to be inside a closet like this, can be just in the open.

Laundry in bathroom, with linen shelf! great! I know Felipe said something about one laundry (Maybe two ??) I think it really depends on space once we see how the area can be reconfigured. For resale/future rental this would be great, but we are good with shared laundry.
