The fresh veggies are chopped on the upper-tier board (middle), the compost/trash is slid into the lower-tier bowl on the left, and the veggies that are ready to roast are slid onto the half-sheet on the right that rests perfectly on the lower-tier (how great is that?!). And whenever the knife or peeler aren't being used, they are simply set on the drain rack
