We could have some covered pull downs like this to cover kettle, vitamins, common things we don't want to clutter counter (oil, salt, pepper).
This bottom cabinet would be excellent for all my liquid condiments, e.g. soy sauce, oil, wine, vinegar, etc.
Big kitchen utensils better like this than out in open - they get too dusty on counter.

Layout allows you to see everything. All shelves are shallow.
Deep square farm sink? Flat bottom probably doesn't drain well though.

Vertical pullouts might make it easy to see things.
