The flooring in this 1740 Colonial is amazing.

Incredible wide-plank floors

These 1884 heart pine floors are great

Look at those wide plank floors in this New Hampshire kitchen!

Remodeled kitchen in a 1790 Pennsylvania farm house. Love those original pine floors! A wall used to run where the stove & island are now, separating the kitchen & dining room & requiring patching the floor with more old flooring.

These wide plank floors are incredible, and the perfect color. Builder (Crisp) says it's mushroom cypress wood with a natural finish.

Q

Holy cow! How wide are those floor boards?

Q

I'd love to have that brick floor in our mud room.

A nice tile design for the bathroom. Subway tile and a thin border ringing the room, with 1" hex tile filling the center & under the cabinets. Clean & simple, but with enough detail to keep it interesting.

I like this bathroom floor: subway tiles and a thin, decorative border ringing the room, with 1" hex tile filling the middle. Clean & simple, but with enough detail to keep it interesting.

Q

I like the idea of having a different tile pattern in the middle of the floor than what's around the edge. I think this is a basket weave pattern in this photo. I don't like black, though.

Q

The accent tile on the wall would also be good around the edge of the floor -- probably in a color that matched the upper wall. Would those floor patterns be anything, in a different color?

Q

Photo

I like this tile pattern ringing the bathroom floor. I'd prefer to have the primary floor color white, though. Maybe 1" hex tiles in the middle and squares on the outside ring?

Q

Photo

Hate the tile color here, but I like the idea of having an inner fill of white hex or basket-weave that's ringed with a colored pattern of square tiles.

Q

Photo

Bathroom tile: what about an outer ring of 2-3 subway tiles, then a narrow ring of color/pattern, then an inner area of white 1" hex tile?

Nice oversized brick flooring for our mud room.

Q

Love this brick floor for the mud room. No herringbone, though!

Q

Great brick flooring for mud room, but maybe we want more variation in color.

I'd love oversized brick floor tile in the mud room.

I'd love oversized brick flood tile in the mud room.
