Will skirting follow the under stairs - I think it should.

Q

Photo

Shelves are lovely - just a bit different.

Vanity unit - like

Q

Photo

Shelves not unlike my design!

Q

Photo

Under stairs wood.

Q

Photo

Nice shelft thickness. Similar idea to ours - except we will break up the shelves on top into thirds.

legs on unit

Q

Photo

Island has solid legs

Q

Photo

Shelf widths - particularly the frame and colour scheme.

Q

Photo

Irregular shelves but symmetrical both sides.

Q

Photo

Asymmetric alcoves. Same wall colour. Does it work?

Q

Photo

Looks wider than my alcove but the idea is similar.

Q

Photo

Shelves same colour as wall.

Q

Photo

With TV this approach would end up split. Does it still work?...

Q

Photo

Asymmetrical yet balanced

Offset shelves

Like the thick contemporary sections on the built-ins.

More square finih on cabinets than round (like Paul's) might work better - more contemporary?

Q

Photo
Photo

Fussy and too narrow but inflame and thickness is good.

Q

Photo

Good pic. We could lose the drawers.

Q

Photo

In frame design on alcoves. Is it contemporary enough?

Q

Photo

Cabinets nicely inset with wall spacings

Q

Lovely gable ends on this. Also note the worktop sILESTONE tIGRIS sAND.

Q

See island nice exmaple of the posts and panels

Q

Some ideas here for the boys bedroom. The open shelf or pullout drawers in nice idea for the sloped part.

Q

Photo

The sink and standalone cabinet.

Q

Photo

Like the simplicty of the hood - straight up (not tapered) but without the legs. Ours may only be wide enough to 1 panel but then some wide skirting around the bottom maybe?

Q

Photo

This is similar style doors to Peter and Paul's. I really like the upper doors with the small window at the top. Like the drawer handles (wouldn ot want shiny - more matt/brushed finish)

Q

Photo

For info. These are very similar to the doors we're going for.

Q

Photo

Another similar idea to what we want for the built-ins each side of the fireplace. I would envisage that the lower cupboard supporting the TV would come out further than the shelving as is the case in this example.

Q

Photo

Something like this could also form that middle section in the eaves storage. Cupboard above the drawers instead of table.

Q

Photo

Was thinking of this kind of idea for the master bedroom eaves storage (for my husband) . Ours would have a middle section with drawers.

Q

Photo

See wooden canopy over the range cooker - Straight up design (not tapered) and no supporting 'legs'. This is what we want - but probably simpler design (i.e. less fussy). I like the way these cabinets are flush to the roof. For discussion.

Q

Photo

Built-in beside the fireplace is nicely framed. Ours will also be painted a colour (probably grey/green) to make it stand out. Previous picture more closely matches our layout i.e. lower cupboards and upper shelves.
