If it were me, I'd reconfigure the bathroom. Your shower is very skimpy. Do you have a bath elsewhere in the house? I wouldn't enclose the toilet as you really don't have enough room. Actually if it were me, I'd flip the toilet and vanities, move the door to the closet closer to the tub and get rid of the double doors. I'd actually get rid of the tub if there's another one in the house, and put the shower where the tub is. I'd make the window into a high window in the shower to let in light and where the shower is now, I'd put a linen closet. This would give you a nice sized shower and give you a straight run from bedroom to closet. It would also not have the toilet next to your bedroom wall and also would mean you now could put a half wall between sink and toilet. You'd also wouldn't then have to backtrack going toilet to sink to bedroom.
