KB yard idea
The siding is Azek, a polymer composite that looks like wood but resists the moisture of the surrounding planting beds and piles of snow during the Minnesota winters. The bronze screens give the pavilion more of a period look than today’s black mesh screening would have. The roof is covered in maple-red asphalt shingles that match those on the main house. The louvered cupola is key to ventilating the building. The couple can set the ceiling fan inside to draw the hot air up and out through the top of the pavilion.
