this feels like a tucked away oasis with privacy screens/cabana, and mature landscaping, yet there's still a lawn area. Love the hot tub element, to make this more of a 4 season living space. Waterfall seems less purposeful, and we'd rather choose a hot tub we can enjoy and/or diving rock feature the kids can use.

Good photo reference for style- love the casual woodland look with mature trees, bushes and rocks with small nooks to sit. Recognize the multi-level look will be out of scope.
