I suggest you get these four colors to test in your space. It's a good range of colors that are very similar to Agreeable Gray, just lighter.
Resist advice to have the formula cut. It's always better to find an existing paint color that aligns with the color you want adjusted.
Mainly because you can get chips and then samples. When you cut a formula, the can is yours whether you like it or not.
