It's my work space, so I just need a box with hopefully a little balcony to work on anything highly toxic. Doesn't need to be too big, a space for a 2 foot table a chair and a few plants. Be nice at the back of the house. Window on the mountainside or back. No built ins but need a wall with track lighting. I have tables, easels, etc.

Good laundry room, need a small sink but don't need the mud room set up at the end. That space would be good for a built in of some kind for the kitty littler.

Nice for a dining room. Doesn't need ALL of the windows but if the dining room does have and outside wall the windows across the long wall would be nice but not necessarily the windows on the ends.

When we get to cabinets in the kitchen, this would be important since I bake a lot.

Stuck on the widows above the kitchen sink. I've wanted a window above my sink in our existing home, however the sink was on our zero lot line side. Doesn't necessarily need to be three but I do like this look. Plus the island, but a little taller. Like the ceiling and window at the end of the room. Wouldn't be necessary to have the other two windows since it interferes with furniture arrangement. If the ceiling would make the roofline look strange, it wouldn't necessarily need to be that high.

I like this vanity style in a single bowl for the powder room. The backsplash and the faucets mounted on the wall in a different material but not sure what material would work

Need two long cabinets in the master bath for storage. The other master bath photo in this idea book is preferable for a vanity to sit at. This photo is just for the purpose of the cabinets.

Need a vanity that allows me to have a place to sit for makeup and hair. Not necessarily the material I would like but the arrangement is nice. I know this depends on the size of the room, etc.

This is what we had in mind for the tub and shower area in the master bathroom. On the shower side, Jim wants a shelf to go across at about 4 feet from the ground for toiletries and he uses it to balance himself.

Good for the snug with tv above fireplace. We will only have a sectional in that room so we will get dimensions for you.
