I believe so to the best of my knowledge - my best bids are from Azteca for excavation, steel and gunite and a decent decking bid from Poolworks. Plaster seems to be fairly similarly priced for a Diamondbrite colored plaster. Not too pleased with the tile/coping/rock bids, so will continue to search out those. I am checking into Vasquez pool plumbing for a quote - and apparently I'll need a gas riser diagram to submit to the city for the plumbing permit portion.
