If there is a diverter to flip the water between the shower head and a handheld on a bar, make sure both of you can reach the control for the diverter. Mine is u fortunately up at the top, but maybe there are models with the diverter switch at the bottom so you can reach them sitting down.
Also, I’d put a niche in there to get the shampoo bottles off the ground to elongate a tripping hazard that might make you fall in the shower.
