Really think about taps as you don't want to pick something that you're either hitting your head on every time you brush your teeth or is so fussy they get really dirty and are hard to keep clean. Some are also ridiculously expensive and won't last such as Matte black and brushes copper which will get white marks from water

Toilet sink into the wall. Issue with this is if there are any issues with toilet flush, a plumber will need to remove tiles for access

Consider lighting. I would recommend 2 lights. The normal overhead bright light and an additional mood light for relaxing. We put ours in the niches but here they've created a light feature
