This is Brad's favorite foyer. He likes the lighter color of the stairs, the shape, and the railings are not bulky with wood top rail. Like that the stairs are not as clunky.

Layout of this kitchen seems really nice with countertop seating that doesn't require your back to be turned to the family room; separate bar area, and chef's kitchen. I also love the colors/tones in this kitchen.

One of the great rooms Brad and I really agree to liking. Like the fireplace and everything about the room which is that it has interesting darker features but is still light, bright, and airy.

Love the fireplace and the high windows so that even if the bottom ones are covered for privacy, the room will still have light. The style of window in this picture isn't a favorite.
