Backyard Fire Pit

So, our new house has a current planter bed/kids play dirt (not sure which) that is not in a location that I would like to keep/use. In the days coming I will slowly be creating an outdoor fire pit with them. I am not certain as of right now if it is going to be a 3 ft interior diameter circle or 2.5x3 ft rectangular fire pit. While digging out my new fire pit area, transplanting the existing grass into the previous location of the bricks. Photos to come shortly.
