this is the same cottage as ours painted white
like the cottage colour and idea of a deck of dining space but see through so does not block light
would it make sense to have a bedroom above??
like the idea of linking old and new with a hall/ceiling like this- modern but with a bit of wood
occasional beams to link to old place
fireplace? similar to the other one
