Add on: top - space for open area to bottom with stairway and place for small sitting area with books. All windows. Bottom- all windows with living space.

Bump out in the front, upper and lower floors with room for extra space in living area with another heat source (tulekivi stove) and windows to the south with open loft and new stairs. Use space of old stairs for laundry area, utility tub and 1/2 bath.
