Taking full advantage of the views and blending into the setting so well.

A low fireplace that is gas is interesting

An outdoor fireplace (kind of unnecessary in hot climates) that doesn’t obstruct any views of outdoor space. Why are fireplaces so popular in the desert? It’s lost on me but seems important to home values. Confusing. It gets used 6 weeks out of 52 max. Whatever.

Outdoor cooking in an intelligent area - next to indoor kitchen and both indoor and outdoor eating areas. Have to admit these trees look great. Forget the exact name of these fancier palms. Does the french riviera have palm trees? Outdoor ceiling fans are nice.

Cool pool steps up to walkway. Liking all the clean lines of this area.

Looks romantic at night.

The fire features and the walk way across the water. Cool decking as any type of stone etc gets unbearably hot for the feet. Lots to like here. Not sure about the palms as they clash with style of home but like the aspect of some shade without putting too many leaves in pool. Dogs appreciate shade too.

Fire features and lights in the pool.

That the hot tub does NOT push its water into the pool. The pool water gets hot enough with using hot water from hot tub to heat it. Hot can be used year round unlike the pool. Keep water from each separate. Too much $$$ to heat a pool.

The color of the pool...looks like the Caribbean
