Maybe this for an ironing board? Or, I could just hang one on the side of the fridge.

We do not use the front door, but it would be nice for the laundry room to include a coat rack and place for guests' shoes. Or maybe this functionality goes in the foyer.

I will never decant my laundry powder into a glass footed bowl, so somewhere to put the soap away would be good.

I guess we need an ironing board, but it only gets used every couple of years. I do use a drying rack like the one shown here very regularly, but we find it to always be in the way, so I would be interested in any ideas.

We would like a hanging rod over the w/d.

I like the idea of a surface on top of w/d. We would continue to use our current side-by-sides.
