I actually like the tile, but feel it would be too much as an entire backsplash - belt line or inset maybe.
there is lot that I like there. Backsplash has visual interest without going overboard. Wood and off white. The carved column detail is too much, as is the plate rack, but with some tweaking this has some great ideas.
overall like, although the white cabinets are too distressed looking.
