Sinks connected to cabinetry framing a backsplash

Q

Photo

Blue subway tiles are attractive, as are the stools that store in the island, although we do not prefer the rectangular marble design.

Q

Photo

We like this rhombus wall.

Q

Photo

We like this wood and don't mind the black window framing because it is thin. Typically we do not like black framing.

Q

Photo

I like dramatic walls like this, but not that they trade form for function.

Q

Photo

Like the ceiling finish but not the black beams

Q

Photo

We like the mix of wall types here and that exposed beams are in it like our support, ceiling is good as well, but other photos in this show doors trimmed in stained wood which we do not like.

Q

Photo

Wood island top, contrast painted cabinets, white subway tile, wood in ceiling, oriented similar to what we had in mind.

Q

Photo

The tile is beautiful and how it's used as wall contrast is attractive

Q

Photo

Like the idea of the integrated shelf space for bathroom linens.

Q

Photo

I like how the ceiling continues over the island to create a kitchen space that flows into a more vaulted area.

Q

Photo

Contrast cabinets, subway tiles are liked. Open, glass cabinets are not preferred.

Q

Photo

Horizontal lines, island, sink against the wall, but no floating shelves. Like how it lays out with space to left and right.

Q

Photo

I like how the horizontal wood is mixed in.

Q

Photo

I like the idea of a working island, hadn't thought of that before.

Q

Photo

I really like the wood island and the blue contrasts, although I worry about wood countertops.

Q

Photo

The layout is interesting with a floating desk towards the window and another, fixed desk behind with storage

Q

Photo

We like the lighter woods used for the ceiling here, it looks smooth without a lot of knots.

Q

Photo

We like this grey/blue and the open island is interesting. No open and lit shelves though. Also neat how it does not go to the ceiling.

Q

Photo

We like a kitchenette layout like this again, hiding appliances if possible, but using a contrast color for the cabinets and probably subway tiles as a backsplash.

Q

Photo

This is similar to a layout we envision, having the kitchenette and an island across from it.

Q

Photo

No tin rooves for walls.

Q

Photo

We do not like long-grained, contrast woods like this.

Q

Photo

We do not like rough sawn, contrasting barn woods.

Q

Photo

We like the horizontal wood slatted walls contrasting more finished spaces, but are concerned about such wood walls making the space too dark.

Q

Photo

We like the horizontal lines in the walls and the contrasting paint wall against the wood.

Q

Photo

We like the wood and contrasting cabinetry.

Q

Photo

No open shelves, no vertical boards.

Q

Photo

Like this lofted bed space

Q

Photo

This is a good open barrier instead of a wall.

Q

Photo

I do not like this kitchen in a corner business.

Q

Photo

I like this kitchen also being a dividing wall. We also like that any appliances are hidden. The shelf here is not floating, so it's okay.

Q

Photo

We like the design of this lofting

Q

Photo

We would like to continue storing bikes vertically.

Q

Photo

We note this one because of the similarities to our windows and liking the ceiling finish, though not necessarily the beams jutting from the ceiling. We do also like the wall texture.
