Look at the Kohler Vault. If you are working with a standard sink base cabinet, the Vault comes in a "short apron" so you won't have to worry about the cabinet doors - it looks like the Menard's sink is also a short apron. Joseph Cortlett has changed out sinks where the rod in the granite in the front rusted out and cracked the granite. I am pretty sure he has dealt with cracks in the back - look through his post. Here is one on using the Vault: [https://www.houzz.com/discussions/kohler-apron-sink-rod-repair-dsvw-vd~4696057[(https://www.houzz.com/discussions/kohler-apron-sink-rod-repair-dsvw-vd~4696057) Here is his pro page. You can go to "activity" and look under "posts" to see some other work retrofitting sinks. There is also a contact button. https://www.houzz.com/pro/joseph-corlett/joseph-corlett-llc
