Perhaps build a unit like this recessed into wall for storage. Probably across from toilet.

Consider toilet/tall cabinet/pedestal sink. More storage than usual in that space and it could look great. The room is 5 1/4' wide which is a bit smaller than our 6 feet. Not sure how toilet would size out in space, but it seems doable. (Using ruler I could see 1 1/2' by 1 1/2 feet in lower cabinets. Pushing back for upper gives a nice aesthetic and small counter-top resting space.)
