Notice the windows upstairs running left to right with panels running horizonal some of the interor walls are concrete with channels running thru it so they are not just slabs

The new house will have the 3 car garage on the first floor? The living area starts on the second floor?

Since we are going to rework our backyard maybe pull out the stone and rework so that the lower area all sloes down to the water rather than have wall above the water

Maybe front drive and backyard patios should be concrete and the paving stone we have squared off to fit in the spaces between slabs
