This room was built by the second owner of the house about 30 years ago. He was big on using salvage materials.
Nothing to salvage here.
Looking south to where the chicken coop and old shed used to be, replaced by a wall and a brand new workroom.
Looking east. New enclosed porch (now an art studio), new awning, new flagstone, old ramada and deck, old dog.
Looking north from back to front of house.
Cow totem, to become a fountain (maybe) if I can work out the logistics of it.

Installed duck totem today to go with the cows and the cat.
May 2014 Two years later and way past time to prune.
