Master Bedroom with windows all around ....do not like th epaterns and the colors but like that it is open and a mix of wood and modern and open without feeling like it is massive....we do not need a fireplace in texas
Master Closet that is one side his and one side mine....maybe the glass on the middle can be removed and changed into a more functional dresser with one side his and one side mine
Master bath with double sinks and doorless shower...need a larger tub or not one at all since we will have a spa in the backyard that is also private
do not like the kitchen or the pic...but would like the side the pool is on to be a very large open sliding glass door or windows that can only see outside and let light in with a double doors that allow to open to expand into the outside. Need to be bullet proof and double paned to let light in and be left open with out in the pool area
need electric ports inside the cabinets and drawers
Pots and pans in the kitchen need to be compartmentalized
instead of a large pantry room can use these instead around the large fridge
Family Room/ Kitchen/ Dining Room all in one spot Make sure there is room to expand the dining area in case company arrives for the holidays
Family/ living room for main house.
Home Office...not with fabric junk, but have different items of interest for soothing moments
Option B for the backyard
Backyard spa and pool with a sitting area that can get a thin screen for late night hang outs and souround soun...also needs a tv and wifi
