Nice!... seating with a fire pit, can put in the corner by my neighbors house. We can do similar with same type of materials and I would be happy! L shape or U shape, not sure. What do you think of built in planters with trees? - love the built in planters and seats but can be pricey I think we can achieve fire without the added expense of built- in because the property is so large. OK, then I can get rid of it when needed and save $. I do like that you can sit on the edge of the firepit.

Im crying. LOL Instead I still like the one you picked out. Not sure if we need to match to front of house??
BRICK AND STUCCO WITH GRAVEL I like the sandy colors for gravel and flagstone. I actually dont want too much orange in the flagstone. I know this probably goes well with brick, but would like to downplay orange. A little is okay but lets look at our options. Prefer sand color and browns. I would like to stay away from brick since I have been enveloped by it for some time. If you think we need brick to tie the design together, then we can consider it. The pic looks great but I have been cursed by a brick factory that exploded on our property

do you want a fire feature? Yes. We want to keep jacuzzi upstairs now (maybe incorporate in pool closest to view) so more usable space and downstairs seating with firepit. Round if we keep the circle railing
Lights? - LIGHTS are specified in the planting plan and construction plans, this is a separate meeting once the hardscape is finalized. OK, I was wondering about lights on garage.

Cant see individual pieces of wood, result so less busy. I like it better less busy. Also, perhaps cut down amount of “squares” by half so even less busy.
Window but that looks like a door. I think we should do shorter, smaller iron railing so the view is not affected

I am thinking the roundness of the opening should be a larger version of the door so the dimensions match but one is bigger. I don’t know if this is possible as if it is the width I want, I think it would be too tall. Not sure what to do?
