Kim - feeling of openness and not just hallway when coming up the stairs to the second floor

Q

Photo

Kim - Love this openness. This is what I picture when I think about our first floor. D--Not necessarily all the timber beams though.

Q

Photo

Kim - when I think about "big windows" in the bedroom. This is what I am thinking about...

Q

Photo

Kim - this seems to be the coming out of the stairs from going down to the basement

Q

Photo

Kim - I like the sense of "openness" when you exit the stairs. I would like the sense of "openness/wonder" when you come down the stairs into the basement

Q

Photo

D--Not like this exactly, but maybe a wall by the bar with lighted glass cabinets where we can keep all Starbucks and Ironman mugs?

Q

Possible backsplash

Q

Wood instead of metal

Q

Like the contrast of floor and cabinets, stonework

Q

Photo

Kim's office?

Q

Photo

Feel :)

Q

Photo

D--I like the feel of this one, not necessarily all the parts. Kim - this one caught my attention (Round 1)

Q

Photo

Don't like as much as the modern/metal one

Q

Photo

curved/metal bar

Q

Curved bar--metal

Q

Interesting door

Q

Bar by the stairs

Q

Photo

If we keep the bar by the stairs, what about a curved bar instead of a rectangle?

Q

Photo

Something besides grays, whites and blacks.

Q

Photo

D--Stone by the stairs if we go that route? Kim - like curved stairs (Round 1)

Q

Photo

Like the wood wall

Q

Photo

If we go more black/white/wood

Q

Photo

Another view of the more modern bar/room

Q

Photo

Ok--I like the partial stone here. And the more modern look to the bar.

Q

Photo

Like the lights to highlight the jerseys?

Q

Photo

I could do more gray/silver/leather/iron look

Q

Photo

Do we like the glass wall? For the gym? Or another way to separate something?

Q

Photo

Like the wood accent/pieces

Q

Photo

Kim's email. D--I like the flooring and stone, but don't think I want a whole wall of stone--can't put anything else on it. Hard to put stuff against it.

Kim's email.

Q

Like the light flooring with the blue and gray accents.

Q

Photo

I like the lighter floor with blues/grays on walls and accents.

Q

Photo

D--Is there room under our stairs? Kim - I liked this "non traditional basement" feel some (Round 1)
