Blend of nickel fixtures with brass lights and cabinet pulls. Also like the painted contrasting wall with the crisp clean mirror frames.

Q

Product

George Kovacs P5044 Tube Bathroom Vanity Light, Brushed Nickel

Q

Warmth of the nickel, length, lots of light with three halogen bulbs. Either for Patsy or me if I don’t go with brass.

Q

Product

Celeste 2-Light Wall Mount, Aged Brass

Q

This might be the right size and a good look for my bath. One review states that it is more of a silver/brass, and I could see that as a way to combine the brass with the nickel faucets. I also like the opaque shades and the brightness of the fixture. This would tone down the ultra modern vibe and I would have a framed mirror to go with.

Q

Photo

Arrangement of back wall tile, mirror, lights and wall mounted faucets. Not fond of the brass fixtures everywhere.

Q

Photo

Arrangement with narrow but tall mirror and lights.

Q

Photo

Arrangement of counter, backsplash with wall mounted faucets, and wide mirror above. Very serene.

Hudson Valley Timeless Elegance Washington Polished Nickel Four-Light 15.5'' Wid

Q

Same thing but four lights and $300 more. Called small but measurements are similar to cheaper one. LEDs possible?

Q

Photo

Hanging the lights from the ceiling to avoid cutting into the mirror, using the tile backsplash—a look for the mud room.

Q

Photo

I wonder how expensive this tile is behind the vanity. Like the warm neutral...again. Not so sure about the black sconces, but maybe if the style were a little more classical.

Q

Photo

A soft beige scheme that is the general look. Still like the rough wall, but agree that it will be hard to clean.

Q

Photo

What is this wood? How about using it in bathrooms and in kitchens.

Q

Photo

A very neutral bath but the floor tiles provide a texture.

Q

Photo

An all beige bathroom with the same tiles on the floor as on shower wall! I’ll go for this or an all white, and then add a rug and a beautiful wood vanity and a mirror.

Q

Photo

Like the way the floor is laid and the quiet laid back soft look.

Q

Photo

The 12x24 tiles horizontally laid and offset.

Q

Photo

A look for the powder room and/or downstairs bath. White walls, hexagonal white tiles, hexes on floor too. If we use the beige countertop rather than white, then beige rather than white tiles. The lights would work well with there isn’t room on the wall.

Q

Product

George Kovacs P5040 Tube Wall Sconce, Honey Gold, Xenon Light Source

Q

Photo

A patterned tile for behind mirror in nook and on the shower window.

Q

Photo

The small view of tile next to the tub is a good medium brown that looks good with the wood floor. This might be the color for the back hall. It also could work as the main tile in my bath for the floor and shower. It looks good with white and is enough of a contrast.

Q

Photo

Can we do a sink and counter like this in the half bath?

Q

Photo

This is what that porcelain tile would look like with white. Kinda moody but modern sophisticated. I like the big mirror on a thin shelf behind the sink can I do this?

Q

Photo

White walls, a few spots of beige/gray herringbone tile behind sink and on one wall in shower, beige floor, white tile, paint and counter, wood cabinet ( but I want it darker).

Q

Photo

Bright white, warmed by medium dark wood and brass, and a patterned floor.

Q

Photo

In a monochromatic bath, a touch of textured tile.

Q

Photo

Plain white large subway tiles laid in herringbone pattern, maybe light tan grout to give it a cushiony look. It would be a great contrast to some medium tan tile in rest of bathroom.

Q

Photo

Rough wall possible behind mirror?

Q

Photo

So...what if I put some kind of rough brick or stone work wall behind the sink in my bath? I like the wood here, the touches brass and the vessel sink.

Q

Photo

Combinations of patterned tile with white tile. The white tile joins the white fixtures to make a clean contrast.

Q

Photo

One patterned wall in a field of white large tiles.

Q

Photo

One shower wall done in a different tile in a field of fairly neutral tiles.

Q

Photo

What about doing this in the shower, behind the mirror, and in niche?

Q

Photo

Color of cabinet with mix of herringbone tile wall. Also like the gold accents and the light fixtures

Sharon’s bath?

Q

Photo

Plain light wheat tone tile, white trim..

Q

Photo

My tan and white but a little too stark in style.

Q

Photo

Note how the tile is laid horizontally. I like that sedimentary lines show as they would in nature. That is how I could treat the 12x24 patterned tile I like rather than laying it vertically.

Q

Photo

A bit to minimal, but this is another beige with white bath that works color wise.

Q

Photo

I wish I could find a neutral multi tile like the one in the kitchen for a bath that we could afford.

Q

Photo
Photo

Small bath all in tan with pops of white and wood cabinets.

Q

Photo

Different tiles same warm tan color.

Q

Photo

Placement of a heated towel bar to dry towels.

Q

Photo

Gentle beige walls and floors with wood. Super laid back.

Q

Photo

Warmth of paint with wood.

Q

Photo

Kind of look for Patsy’s bath? Warm tile floors and shower, with same color on walls, white ceiling and white counter with wood cabinet and maybe some interesting mosaic tile or printed tile at back of sink?

Q

Photo

An example of shiny white subway tiles in the shower paired with cement type floor tiles.

Q

Photo

Large white tiles laid in a herringbone pattern. If the floor tile flows up one wall of shower, the other two walls can be the bright white tile.

Q

Photo

Cabinet, tan walls, white trim and countertop. Is the floor grey? If the floors were tan, and the walls too, this would work for me.

Q

Photo

Neutral floors and walls, white countertop, dark wood.

Q

Photo

White walls, warm beige tile floors and shower wall ( note the white wall also in the shower to extend the length of the entire white wall). Wood shelf. This would work with my bath. White walls, extended into the shower with white tile, tan floor extended into the shower floor and up one wall, wood cabinet, big mirror with sconces on either side, white counter, maybe the backsplash in the floor tile too.

Q

Photo

Same bath, like the floor in shower. Black door too???

Q

Photo

Marble tile and marble floors. placement of tall mirrors and sconces on the sides (though not possible to use the medicine cabinet on the side wall). Also gold and black accessories. I see that the white countertop goes well with the Carrera tile. Maybe i should consider a black cabinet with a black mirror frame. YES!

Q

Photo

Not the colors particularly, but I do like the way the smoother neutral tile floor segues into the smaller tiles at the curb less shower and how the tile from the floor covers the shower wall.

Q

Photo
Photo

Colored tile on bathroom sink. Wood cabinets and white countertop.

Q

Photo

Sinks and placement of them, wall faucet, wood cabinet, mirrors across whole space and the cabinet pulls cum towel bars.

Q

Photo

Note tile and towel rack inside the shower.

Q

Photo

Blue tile, dark cabinet and white everything else.

Q

Photo

Wood and tile in alcove.

Q

Photo

Light wood, simplicity, plain floor, warm walls, contrasting white and the carrrera marble countertop.

Q

Photo

Carrera counter, wood cabinet, dark floor and note the backsplash carried part way up wall with faucets on it. Could this be our half bath?

Q

Photo

Totally neutral but a bit formal.

Q

Photo

Cream, wood, neutrals, quiet!

Q

Photo

Another plain but light bath for P?

Q

Photo

Is this something Patsy would like?

Q

Photo

Brown floor with white and beige, as in the half bath.

Q

Photo

More of the same. Note tile on floor, in the shower and countertop are all different but connect through their creamy color.

Q

Photo

Neutral mix of walls, floors, shower and darker painted cabinet. All light colored, accented by dark wi)Dow’s.

Q

Photo

Mostly white amplified by the mirrors and the warm rustic wood. Note that the countertop is a little deeper in veining. Good warm and creamy white too.

Q

Photo

What a dark floor with a wood and white sink would look like in the half bath.

Q

Photo

Wood and warm tile.
