Tech cable lighting. Says very little about size and bulb options on the site, but it is sold as a kit and can be bought in “matte nickel”, five lights, costs $169. Each kit.
Just what we need for choosing our chandeliers.
This is a led light with an open top and bottom for bugs to get into and out of, but I like the simplicity and the multi direction of the light given off and if they they are large enough to make an impact they are great for the outside of the house. And they are only $49 each. Bad problem after reading the specs: you can’t replace the led light. Once it burns out The whole fixture has to be replaced...too bad.

If this is a good fixture that really functions, I might like it for my bath or for one of the other baths. It says brushed bronze, but it looks like it is brass. 12” tall.
Style, brass or bronze or brushed nickel, led, 15 inches. Is it big enough to make an impact?
Twenty inches, led, comes in brass and bronze. Good for me and patsy, about $270 each.
An interesting fixture mounted vertically, uses led bulbs about 16” long with a low projection.

If these were in black rather than brass it would be good.
This would be a perfect pendant for over the island except for its $750 per fixture price.

This is 20x20 and is described as a large drum light. Would it look good over the dining table?
It’s 14x21. Would this work as a set of pendants over the counter in kitchen or as a chandelier in dining Room? Brass and bronze.
Exterior light @$38 in oil rubbed bronze. The question with all these lower priced lamps is long term quality. That is a reason to Berkeley lighting. Also want and need to have led bulbs. But check this out.
Outdoor lighting from $110 (sale) to $116. Calls for a 60 W build. Can we get enough of them?
Exterior light uses a tubular type bulb. Is it open at the top? Not good if so, but $78 price and white shade/bronze recommends it.
Outdoor lighting? Only $35... hope the top of the glass part is closed. Uses a medium bulb Florescent. Can it use a led instead? Is 11 1/2 inches tall big enough?
Lights mounted directly on mirror.
If glare isn’t a problem, and if the cord length and 60 watt brightness are compatible, three of these over the kitchen island or down the front hall could be beautiful.

This is a large one, using 5 candelabra bulbs for over $500.
I like this for the bedroom.

Bathrooms? I like the softer look of nickel.
Hanging lights, if the wall is fully covered in mirror. Note the small amount of tile backsplash. This would work for my bath with the turquoise tile.
A bathroom scones for my bath.
Light fixtures, taller wood counter, wood ceiling and floors offsetting the white cabinets. Could we rethink the end counter on the island a bit and sheath it in wood, not have it too deep that we can’t easily access the cupboard below, but deep enough to allow for knee room for stool seating.
A totally different way to go. It does make an impact...
This can be adapted for a sloped ceiling. It casts an ambient light but each of the four lights can be 100 w each. It is not dimable.
Nice look similar to our ceiling.

Light but still large enough to make a statement. Patsy won’t like it because it still has candles in the center and I don’t know it it will give enough light

A two tiered, but narrower chandelier. 33” w x 33” T, 9 60w bulbs ( need to check what kind and if they will be readily available throughout the years. Ideally we could find and use led bulbs for any of the chandeliers...) dark bronze finish. Costs around $700.
By Currey, this is a really big chandelier at 40” wide by 42” deep. 12 60 W sockets, probably needs to be specially wired for heavy voltage. It is hand finished in black and I like the two tiered, delicate design. It looks like it would have been used in an early Berkeley Maybeck house with it’s old world rustic Renaissance references. It might be too big for our vaulted ceiling, but it also could be very dramatic. It is around $1500.
Dover Castle chandelier with six 60 W bulbs, 33” diameter, “chocolate” finish. Under $700. Have to see it, is it good quality?
