Hi, It took me almost 3 yrs to decide on what sink to get.
My SO is a well versed contractor, commercial and residential.
We have a small kitchen, home and we want and need to maximize every inch.
We researched: Kohler Prolific & Stages, Blanco Quartus Franke, Galley, Rachiele, Create Good Sinks, Julian Workstation and a few others (all ledge style, work station type sinks).
We weighed: cost, quality, service, function, reviews, personal experience, everything.
Really, what's in my mind in need a custom made sink but we choose what seems to be the next best thing.
We choose Julian Workstation. It's not installed yet. But I did get to test drive one. It's perfect in all the areas I mentioned. They will also customize a sink.
Every time I call their customer service line, each rep knows their stuff. I'm not transfered around to various departments and they don't seem to be talking from a script.
Main, most common accessories are included.
My SO, at 1st though I was being a little to picky. Then he really joined me in my search. He was wowed with Julian. That drove him to the faucet.
We're pairing our sink with Brizo Artesso SmartTouch Faucet. Again, we test drove it too. I was set on Touchfree but after further review (How many times are you using Touchfree in a public bathroom, etc and it's not going off and on as you need or are trying to do?) . So the Brizo faucet kinda disappears on the counter with SmartTouch ease are perfect, for us anyway.

Kohler was nice but not very informative, transferred around, many say their process hurts the gauge of their sinks. ridiculously hard to find one in person.
Creat Good Sinks, nice to talk to but they never got back to me as they promised, even with my follow up.
Blanco- terrible follow up and service.
Galley & Rachiele - expensive and hard to see in person
Franke - our 2nd choice, it was close. I was able to test drive a few of these. A few of them, the grides fell in when some weight was put on them. Some did not. We were able to play with Julian and Franke at the same time. Franke's accessories aka carte cost more than Julian. Franke is a little tough, at 1st, to get info and understand their line.
It wasn't all about the cost. It was comparing, mapping out the pros and cons. And actually we chose Julian before we knew what it cost. That was a bonus after.
